We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train public AI models. We do not share your materials with other users.

AI Processing

Seshio uses AI services (Google Gemini) to:

• • Generate embeddings from your materials
• • Answer questions based on your content
• • Create summaries, outlines, and quizzes

Your content is sent to these services only to provide the features you use. We use enterprise agreements that prohibit using your data for model training.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• • Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL)
• • Secure authentication via Supabase
• • Regular security audits
• • Access controls and monitoring

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password.

Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and materials within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.

Children's Privacy

Seshio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us.

International Users

Seshio is operated from the United States. If you're using Seshio from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification.

Continuing to use Seshio after changes means you accept the updated policy.
